These terms apply to your use of montgomerygutterservice.com and to work carried out by Montgomery Gutter Service in Montgomery, Alabama and the surrounding area. By using this site or booking work with us, you agree to them.

Nothing on this page limits any rights you have under Alabama consumer law.

Estimates are free and given in writing. An estimate is based on what we can see at the time of the visit and is valid for 30 days unless we say otherwise.

If we find something during the work that was not visible at the estimate stage — rotted fascia behind a gutter, a collapsed underground drain, damage hidden under debris — we will stop, tell you what we have found, and price it separately before carrying on. We do not add charges without your agreement.

The cost calculator on this site is an estimating tool only. Its output is not a quote and does not bind either of us.

We will agree a date with you and let you know if it changes. Gutter work is weather-dependent: we do not put crews on ladders or roofs during storms, high wind or lightning, and we will reschedule rather than take the risk.

You agree to give us safe access to the perimeter of the building, including unlocking gates and moving vehicles where necessary. If we cannot reach part of the property on the agreed day, we will complete what we can and arrange a return visit.

We carry out the work described in your estimate to a workmanlike standard, and we clear our debris from your property before we leave.

Gutter cleaning restores flow at the time of the visit; it does not prevent future debris from falling. Gutter guards significantly reduce debris but no guard eliminates all maintenance. We will tell you honestly what a product will and will not do rather than promise you will never touch your gutters again.

Payment is due on completion unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. We accept bank cards.

For commercial and property-management accounts we can invoice on agreed terms.

We carry general liability and workers’ compensation insurance, and we will provide certificates on request.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, for gutters or fascia that fail because they were already at the end of their life, or for damage caused by structural or roofing defects outside the gutter system. Where damage results from our work, our liability is limited to putting it right or to the value of the work carried out.

The text, photographs and layout on this site belong to us or are used with permission. Project photographs show real work carried out by our crews.
